How other logo makers gate their "free" tool

Here is the typical pattern on a "free logo maker" landing page in 2026:

  1. Type your brand name on the landing page.
  2. See a preview with watermark.
  3. Click "Download" → pop-up asking for email.
  4. Receive verification link — click it.
  5. Choose plan ("Basic $20 / Premium $80").
  6. Pay to get the file.

Every step adds friction and converts users into paying customers through sunk-cost (you already named your brand — giving up feels wasteful). We don't use this funnel because we don't need to — the underlying API is already part of a public model platform. There's no step 3 through 6.

Privacy: what happens to your prompt?

Your prompt is sent to the /v1/flux-logos API, used to generate the image, and not stored against any user identity — because there is no user identity. Server logs keep aggregated request counts for capacity planning, but individual prompts are not retained and are not associated with your IP or browser fingerprint.

Frequently asked

Do I really not need to sign up?

Correct. There is no sign-up, no email prompt, no account. Open the page, type a prompt, download the PNG.

Why do other logo makers force sign-up?

Email capture is their core conversion funnel — they retarget you with ads and upsell pro plans. We don't run that playbook.

Is there a catch?

No account cap, no trial countdown, no "free 3 then pay". The web UI has no per-day quota. If you want the API for bulk or app use, it's at /v1/flux-logos — free there too.

Will this always be free?

The free web UI is the permanent offering. If the tool becomes very popular we may add optional paid tiers for extra features (higher resolution, vector, faster queue), but the free 512×512 PNG generator will stay.
